I walk between worlds: where ancient wisdom meets modern systems, ceremony becomes strategy, and leadership unfolds as a path of wholeness. I see patterns and systems in organisations, psyches, relationships and how to tune them back into harmony.
When you're standing at the edge of what you've built, sensing something deeper calling, unable to return to old ways but not yet clear on what's emerging, I meet you there and walk with you through the territory of becoming. This is threshold work.
With 20 years in leadership development, systemic design, and the healing arts, from McKinsey strategy rooms to ceremonial space, I weave these worlds into a living practice that serves transformation at every level of being.
