This two-session coaching journey is for those ready to gain clarity, coherence, and connection with the next phase of their life or leadership. Whether you’re sensing a new horizon, recalibrating your direction, or seeking deeper alignment, this is an opportunity to ground your values, vision, and becoming into harmonic form.
This is not about productivity or goal setting. It’s about tuning to the field of your future and choosing to walk toward it, awake and resourced.
This journey includes two 1:1 coaching sessions, each with a distinct focus:
Session 1: Values & Vision
Uncover the deeper truths guiding your life. What do you stand for? What is calling you forward? How does your vision align with the future you feel forming?
Session 2: Being & Becoming
Who are you becoming? What practices, postures, and principles will guide your way forward? We’ll translate insight into rhythm — so your next steps feel true and embodied.
You’ll walk away with:
- A clear articulation of your vision, values, and emerging direction
- Key characteristics and qualities you’re cultivating in this next phase
- Foundational principles for how you wish to show up and be experienced
- A resonant framework for the impact you are here to create
- 2 x 2 hour 1:1 coaching sessions (online)
- Reflective pre-work for each session
- Session recordings and transcripts
- Optional add-on: Ceremonial Design — a custom session to support you in creating a personal ritual to honour this threshold

For the seasons of change - from endings to emergence
This offering is for those standing at a threshold - times of change, endings, emergence, and becoming. Whether you’re navigating a personal, professional, or spiritual transition, this space supports you to move through change with coherence, clarity, and care.
Transitions may include:
- Moving toward a purpose-aligned life or way of working
- Processing grief, loss, or identity shifts
- Evolving through leadership or career transitions
- Navigating organisational or structural change
- Letting go of what no longer fits, and sensing into what’s next
Rather than rushing toward solutions, this work honours the in-between — allowing space to integrate, reorient, and align with what wants to emerge.
The program is tailored to your unique rhythm, needs and context and may span one month to a year depending on what you need.
We begin with:
- Vision & Orientation – to anchor your future direction, clarify what’s unfolding, and establish 1-2 guiding intentions
  Then continue with:
- Coaching Sessions – to meet you in real-time experience, deepen your awareness, navigate challenges, and ground into new practices
- Between-session Support – for timely insight and guidance through message-based coaching (text/voice notes)
Transitions are rarely linear. This journey is designed to honour that with spaciousness, structure, and sacred regard for what’s truly unfolding.

This mentoring space is for leaders ready to grow in a specific area of their practice to refine their leadership, solve a complex challenge, or expand their influence with integrity and clarity.
Mentoring topics often include:

While it leans toward skill development, my approach remains developmental, attending to mindset, embodiment, and the deeper patterns that shape how you show up in your work and world.

Sacred journeys with plant medicine can open portals of deep insight, healing, and remembrance. Yet the true transformation unfolds in how we prepare ourselves before and in how we return. These sessions are designed to support you in honouring both thresholds, so you may walk with greater clarity, coherence, and integrity in your everyday life.
While the ceremony itself is powerful, integration is the medicine that lasts. This offering supports you to:

I specialise in walking with people at pivotal moments — navigating transitions in life or leadership, sensing what no longer fits, and leaning into the emergence of something more whole.

My approach is developmental, integrative, and grounded in deep respect for your inner wisdom. Drawing on adult development theory, somatics, systems thinking, and energy awareness, I support you to reconnect with your own rhythm, clarify your future vision, and take aligned, embodied action.

Together, we’ll explore not only where you are and where you’re called to go — but who you are becoming, and what capacities are ready to unfold. This is not surface-level change. It is deep integration: working with root patterns, developing new inner structures, and restoring coherence across mind, body, heart, and field.

I’m an accredited Professional Integral Coach (ICF) trained with Integral Coaching Canada. Over the past 15 years, I’ve had the privilege of coaching more than 300 extraordinary humans — from visionary leaders to soulful seekers — through personal and professional evolution.
