Cancellation policy
Payment:
Full payment is required prior to commencement of session.
Service Cancellation by Client:
Clients must provide at least 48 hours notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment/service without incurring a fee.
Cancellation Fees:
Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled service will incur a fee of 50% of the service fee.
Cancellations made on the same day as the service will incur a fee of 100% of the service fee.
No-Show Policy:
Clients who fail to show up for a scheduled appointment without prior notice will be charged 100% of the service fee.
Service Cancellation by Provider:
The service provider reserves the right to cancel or reschedule appointments due to unforeseen circumstances, such as illness or emergencies. In such cases, clients will be notified as soon as possible and given the option to reschedule or receive a full refund.
If the service provider cancels an appointment without sufficient notice (except in emergencies), the client may receive a discount on their next booking or other compensation as agreed upon.
Refund Policy:
Refunds for cancellations made by the client within the allowable notice period will be processed within 7 business days.
Refunds for services cancelled by the provider will be processed within 7 business days.
Special Circumstances:
Clients facing emergencies or unforeseen circumstances (e.g., medical emergencies) may contact the service provider to discuss possible exceptions to the standard cancellation policy. Such exceptions will be granted at the discretion of the service provider.
How to Cancel:
Cancellations can be made by contacting us via text, email, or our online booking system. Please provide your name, appointment date, and reason for cancellation.
